Lymlive’s IRIS CMS + Media Players

Lymlive’s IRIS CMS has been completely developed in house since 2009. Our team are constantly working on enhancing the user experience, the interface and creating new functionality.

  • Optimal Screen Resolution: IRIS Media Players boost 1:1 pixels which simply means no additional scalers are required. This mitigates the risk of stretched and cropped content on the screens.

  • Data & Network Redundancy: IRIS offers an additional layer of reliability with Data Redundancy Provisions:

    • Local Data Verification: Uploaded data is verified before current content is replaced with new content to ensure seamless playback.

    • Redundant data links to the screen prevent screen failure due to a single component (in the event of new Lymlive LED displays being installed).

    • Local content caching: The media players store the latest content update so that the screen will still display content in the case of network failure. Additionally, this triggers IRIS to flag a fault with Lymlive support.

  • Regular updates: The advantage to Lymlive’s clients is that as our development team continue to improve and update our CMS software in house, in turn, we don’t charge our clients any additional fees for any upgrades; everything is included within our subscription fee.
